This week we updated our San Diego real estate search pages with easier navigation and incorporated mapping directly in the home listing sheet. This map links to an interactive map of the selected home (rather like Mapquest).
Also added is a “Special Searches” page which will allow MLS searches based on:
The Multiple listing number
Search by street name
Search by key words in the agents comments (ie fixer)
Search by complex
Search by sub division.
We hope these extra searches will be especially helpful to buyers who are looking for a home in San Diego in a particular neighborhood.
We plan to add another search soon: “Search by Map”. Buyers will be able to draw a box on the map and the page will show all the available San Diego homes currently for sale in the search area. Target date is currently the third week in September - we will keep you posted
