With the explosion of Internet use in recent years we are seeing more and more consumers turning to the Internet for all types of purchases, ranging from books to homes. In San Diego County 70% of home Internet users have a cable modem or DSL, making it the densest area in the United States for high-speed Internet access.

Real estate web sites are becoming more and more user friendly, including pictures, graphics and virtual tours. With broadband connection speeds, users can access information very quickly. Before the advent of the Internet home buyers had to spend a lot of time driving around just to find a property that they weren’t even interested in - now you can access to the entire inventory of homes in San Diego County with the click of a button.
