Homes on the ‘RANGE’ – Introducing Value Range Marketing

December 8th, 2005 · No Comments

* It maximizes buyer inquiries in your property

* It maximizes the selling price

* Helps to generate more bids and close more deals

* It has dramatically reduced the average number of days it takes to sell a property.

Value range marketing has been said to be similar to fishing with a net as opposed to fishing with a single hook. It increases buyer traffic thus increasing potential competition for your property. By using a value range, all interested buyers will be known to you and they will know that you will be considering their offer. It is then up to you as a seller to either accept or counter an offer.

For example ~ a home listed for $310,000.00 would not turn up in a search by someone wanting to spend $290,000.00. However, if you price it in a range of $280,000.00 to $320,876.00, it will show up in their search. Value range marketing simply increases the number of potential buyers who will view your property.

It is thought that the idea of Value Range Marketing would cause “low – ball” offers, instead it has significantly enhanced the bidding process. Value Range Marketing let’s the market decide what the property is worth.
