As the year comes to an end, moving plans are usually put on hold. Homeowners figure that as the home-selling season is winding down they should hold off with their selling plans and wait until the spring. • Resist the temptation to sell your home in an “as is” condition. Repairs can make a huge difference. Loose knobs, sticking doors and windows, warped cabinet drawers and other minor flaws detract from home value. Have them fixed.
• Bathrooms help sell homes. Check and repair caulking in bathrooms and showers. Make this room sparkle.
• Fix that faucet ! Dripping water discolors sinks and suggests faulty plumbing.
