Oh My!? In the last year who would’ve known that we would be hearing these words so often on television, in national and local San Diego newspapers, over business meetings, and even casual conversations with friends? Yes it’s true even our cherished San Diego has become affected by the wave of unpaid loans, foreclosures, and bankrupt lenders. Although the situation is not an ideal one, if handled in the right way one can actually take advantage of the market changes.
How? Its simple; find a creative San Diego realtor that is knowledgeable and experienced with these delicate types of transactions. Someone with plenty of experience to assist in a foreclosure or short sale transaction. For a number of years I was a Senior Loan Officer for Countrywide Home Loans. I know how to negotiate with other lenders, as well as the information they will need to make the transaction run smoothly for my buyers.
If this type of purchase interests you, I am here to assist - let me send you all of the current short sales and bank owned foreclosures listings in all of San Diego County - you may be able to save 10-20% off the current resale value of a San Diego home, which means you are walking into an immediate equity.
I currently am working with many banks on multiple purchase offers for San Diego short sales and foreclosures that I have submitted for my buyers - let me share with you the knowledge I have gained - Contact Raymond Vinole by cell at 858 405 2226 or email him at raymond@teamtoner.com. We are experiencing a great number of foreclosures and short sales in Massachusetts too.
Your advice to seek an experienced professional is so important. Great deals can be had, but dealing with the lenders can be difficult and frustrating.
