Encouraging Signs in the New Year …

January 25th, 2008 · No Comments

It’s expected, even in “good markets” - December is always a slower time of year for the San Diego Real Estate market. This past December was no exception, the traffic we had to our web and blog sites slowed quite a bit. Many forecasted the diminished activity would o continue through the holidays and on through the beginning months of the New Year - however, we have been pleasantly surprised.

During the past 3 weeks we have had a record number of registrations, on a couple of days we have broken all records! Now that’s traffic! Total visitors returning to the site have gone back to “normal” levels compared to this past December which we were most happy to see AND we have experienced a dramatic increase in requests to see homes.

We are also proud of the recent increase in visits to our blog … up 100% from last month! No joke! Our promise to you is to provide informative and interesting posts that won’t be so long they put you to sleep or loose your interest! Just enough to give you the information you truly need!

So what does all this increase in activity mean? We honestly can’t say for certain, but it is obvious that the changing market is not keeping clients from searching the homes that are available here in San Diego.

Whether they are searching for that “perfect deal” or that “perfect dream home” buyer’s are looking and sellers are still contemplating selling.
